Dear Potential New Members,
My name is Anna Everette, and I have the privilege of serving as Chi Omega’s Recruitment Director this year. I’m so glad you took the time to visit our website and learn more about our chapter. Our Recruitment team has been working hard to prepare for this fall, and we are beyond excited to welcome each of you as you walk through our doors. You are stepping into such an exciting and meaningful time in your life, and we feel so lucky to be part of it with you.
We know Recruitment can feel overwhelming at times, maybe even a little intimidating, but more than anything, we hope to offer you encouragement and comfort throughout the process. I remember being in your shoes and feeling a mix of nerves and excitement all at once. Through it all, our biggest hope is to be a steady and welcoming presence in something that can feel so new and unknown. At the heart of it, Chi Omega truly just wants to get to know you. We want to see what makes you who you are, because every single one of you brings something special and unique.
When I first came into Chi Omega, I immediately felt a sense of ease and belonging. With each conversation, it became more natural, and before I knew it, I felt at home. I know that feeling is something so many of us share. Running home on Bid Day is something I’ll never forget, and it was worth every emotion that came with the process. The friendships I’ve built here have shaped my college experience in the best way, and I hope you find something just as meaningful during your own journey.
As Recruitment Director, I am also constantly in awe of the women in this chapter. They inspire me every day and challenge me to grow into better versions of myself. These women represent strength, kindness, confidence, and humility all at once. Chi Omega is a place where you can build real, lasting relationships that help you grow not only as a student but as a person.
College is a time of transition and change, but we hope that Chi Omega becomes a place where you feel supported, valued, and truly at home. I can honestly say it has been that for me, and I would be honored to share that with you.

MEET OUR NEW MEMBER MOM !
Hi! My name is Ava Rooney, and I am so excited to serve as the New Member Mom for Chi Omega. My role is to ensure every new member feels welcome, supported, and confident as they find their place within our chapter. I understand that joining a sorority can feel a little overwhelming at first, but my goal is to make that transition as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Being a part of the Rho Zeta chapter of Chi Omega has given me lifelong friendships and opportunities I truly wouldn’t have found anywhere else. It’s a place filled with women who genuinely uplift and encourage one another every day. This chapter has shaped my college experience in the best way, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The sisterhood I’ve found here is something so special, and I know these women will always be there for me through everything.
I feel so lucky to be part of something this meaningful, and I can’t wait to welcome our new members and share just how amazing our home truly is!
